SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All our products (including raffles) come with free delivery. We use the Royal Mail service, tracked and signed for. All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
For our purchasable products, these will usually be delivered within a 2 - 3 day window. Our order cut-off time for Next Day delivery is 6pm. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following day.
For our raffle prizes, please allow a 7 - 14 day window. This is to allow for the process of checking the authenticity of the shoe.

Please also bear in the mind that due to Covid-19 and postal strikes this may sometimes affect the above.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that our refund policy only applies to our products for sale; all prizes on our raffles are unexchangeable and non-refundable.

All products must be returned unworn and undamaged with all tags still in place. If any of these instances have occurred then we will be unable to refund your order.
Products can be returned using any postal service. A delivery charge will be applicable.
If the product arrives damaged or an error has been made on our behalf then the item can be returned with the delivery charge reimbursed.

Packages returned to us via Royal Mail can take up to 5 working days to arrive back to us. Please be patient and if you require your exchange/refund in a hurry, consider sending via Royal Mail Special Delivery (at your own expense).
